Jennings Wants Second Term UPDATED
Lakin, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Republican State Representative Russ Jennings of Lakin has filed for re-election with the Kansas Secretary of State. Its a commitment he is willing to make for another two years.
Jennings was in attendance Wednesday night for Governor Brownback’s State of the State address and liked a couple of things the governor spoke about.
Jennings is in Brownback’s corner when it comes to the state paying for all day kindergarten.
Total cost of the program is 80 million dollars over five years. Jennings’ district includes Greeley, Hamilton, Kearny, parts of Finney and Haskell Counties.
