Jeanette Geraldine (Metcalf) Marvin
Jeanette Geraldine (Metcalf) Marvin, age 67, of Lakehills, Texas died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She was born February 15, 1947 in Ulysses, Kansas, the daughter of Paul and Pearl (Carter) Metcalf.
She is survived by her husband, C.R. Marvin of Lakehills, Texas; brother, Larry Metcalf; sisters, Janice Bauman and husband James, and Pauline Littlestar and husband Tom Pinnick; son, David Kent Fisher and wife Karen; grandchildren, Miranda, Daniel, and Katelyn; great-grandson, Zayne; step-children, Shannon Ray Marvin and wife Becky, Kenneth Jay Marvin, Cassandra Rae Twyman, William Dean Marvin and wife Liv; six step-grandchildren; and numerous much loved nieces and nephews.
Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Pearl Metcalf.
Graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the Ulysses Cemetery in Ulysses, Kansas. Friends may call from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, July 18, 2014 at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses. Memorial contributions may be given in lieu of flowers to the donor’s choice in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS 67880.
