Investigators: Wendy’s Fire Deliberately Set
Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Investigators with the State Fire Marshal’s Office have determined arson was the cause of the blaze that consumed the Scott City Wendy’s a week and a half ago. Suspects have been identified in the case. The fire originated in the office area. The agency’s investigation has now been turned over to the Scott County attorney.
