Investigation Into Shooting Incident Leads to Two Arrests

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Two men from Garden City are in custody and charged with firing shots at an apartment in Finney County early Sunday morning.  Sheriff Kevin Bascue says deputies were called out to 4170 East Highway 50 after the shooting incident.  No one was injured in the residence.   A 10 month old girl was also in the apartment.  Later during a traffic stop Garden City Police arrested 22 year olds Jorge Delgado and Benjamin Varela.  Both are being held in the Finney County jail on 80,000 dollars bond.  Reports are $1000 damage was done to the home.
