Insurance Commissioner Lined Up Against House Bill
Topeka, KS (westernkansasnews.com) It is no secret that many lawmakers in Kansas don’t like Obamacare, but in their effort to fight back State Insurance Commissioner Sandy Preager is afraid they will do something much worse. A bill being considered in the Kansas House would place funding for all healthcare services under the control of the legislature and governor.
Praeger’s concern if enacted these essential programs could be cut.
The bill must pass the House this week in order to survive.
