Infant’s Death Being Investigated
Jetmore, KS (westernkansasnews.com) For now authorities remain tight lipped on the death of a baby boy Wednesday in Jetmore. A spokesperson with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation says the KBI has taken the lead in the investigation, but that the release of any specific information would be done through the state Attorney General.
At this time the AG is not ready to release any further information including the identity of the child. An autopsy is being performed and the state AG’s office has accepted the case for possible prosecution.
