Incidents of Riding on Hood of Car Has Prompted Warning
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Garden City Police have issued this word of warning after two teens were sent to Wichita Hospitals last week with severe head injuries. PD Chief Michael Utz warns the next person not to ride on the hood of a moving car.
Utz says traffic or even criminal charges could result from a person’s carelessness. The incidents happened at the high school parking lot and outside Taco Bell.
