Jean attended Scott City schools. She worked as Jewelry Department Manager & Buyer while living in Bentonville, Arkansas. After moving to Garden City she was the Receptionist at the Center For Independent Living and with her husband managed the Meadow Lark Trailer Park for 18 years. She enjoyed oil painting, ceramics, flower arranging & working with children with disabilities. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 1 Son- Charles R. Long, 1 Grand-daughter- Misty Dawn Long, 1 Brother- John Ernest Bush & 2 Sisters- Virginia Lee Bush & Mary Jean Bush.
