Hutch too much for GCCC
Hutchinson, Kan (westernkansasnews.com)-In his first game as the lead man, Garden City Community College Interim Women’s Soccer Coach Hector Martinez learned a valuable lesson: Hutchinson is really good.
Jen Rogers recorded her second straight hat trick, and Siobhon Wilson added two goals as the 16th-ranked Lady Dragons stormed to an 11-1 win Wednesday night.
“I’m glad we went up against one of the best teams to start with,” Martinez said. Now I can observe them. I see what areas I need to focus on.”
Deydi Depaz scored the lone goal for the Busters on a penalty kick at the 13:22 mark of the first half.
