Hugh “Neal” Kerr
Hugh “Neal” Kerr, 80, died Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Brookdale Senior Living, Dodge City.
He was born June 2, 1936 at Cheyenne, Wyoming, the son of Ewing Thomas and Ellen Irene (McDermott) Kerr. He owned and operated a locksmith company and in his younger years was a radio announcer.
He served in the United States Army from 1958 to 1964.
Survivors include: 2 nieces, Patricia Gardner, Cheyenne and Juli Moralez, Crandall, Georgia; and his caregiver, Celia Martinez, Dodge City.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Judith Kerr.
Private family services will be held a later date in Cheyenne. There will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place.
