Hospital Hospice Wreath Ceremony Offers Comfort For Grief Stricken Families

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) It is the time of year that always difficult for someone who has recently lost a loved one.  To help with the healing process Hospice at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City had a wreath lighting ceremony for those who passed while in their care over the last year.

Gina Cash is Hospice Supervisor, Volunteer and Bereavement Coordinator.

Cash has a suggestion to help those seeing their friend or family member struggling with an emotional loss.

 And for those grieving.

Cash also notes do not force someone to talk about their grief.  They will decide when the timing is right.
