One thing we can all do is recognize the sacrifice of those in uniform.
Saturday’s Veterans parade in downtown Garden City begins at 10am. A fireworks celebration will follow at dusk on the Finney County Fairgrounds. Dodge City will have a memorial service Monday at 10am from Maple Grove Cemetery. Any questions on Veterans Day activities in your area call your local VFW or American Legion Post.
