Holcomb Voters Will Weigh In On School Bond Issue

Holcomb, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Voters will decide on a 13 million dollar bond issue this November for a new gym and activity center for both the high school and middle schools and upgrades to security at all buildings.  Property owners with a 100-thousand dollar home would pay another $70 in taxes per year.
