Hochever leads Kansas City in shutout win
Houston (westernkansasnews.com)–Luke Hochevar went 7 2/3 innings, scattering five hits and striking out six to lead the Kansas City Royals past the Houston Astros 2-0 Tuesday night. Billy Butler provided all the scoring the Royals needed with a solo home run in the first inning. Jonathan Broxton picked up the save. The rubber game of the series is this afternoon, as Bruce Chen gets the start for Kansas City, while the Astros will start Jordan Lyles in a 1:05 start at Minute Maid Park.
