Help is Available For Those Caught Up in the Cold

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) As the weather turns more frigid during the night some people may not have a place to stay.  Lieutenant Jeff Curran of the Salvation Army says there is help available.

For people who are looking for a  longterm solution, Curran and others will do all they can to set the wheels in motion.
