Have We Entered Post-Constitutional Period of Government?

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Republicans have funded all of President Obama’s priorities for the rest of his last year in office among them healthcare, bringing in Syrian refugees and the Iran nuclear deal despite claims the GOP wanted to stop all these items cold. Even though Republicans have majorities in both houses there is no one willing to create a showdown with the President.

Congressman Tim Huelskamp says the constitution created a separation of powers and it is disturbing most members of Congress will not insist on it.
