GWAC releases All-League football selections
Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–The Great West Activities Conference has selected their all-league teams for the 2024 football season.
Scott City would lead the way with 12 total first team selections, while Goodland & Holcomb had six and Hugoton had five first team selections. Cimarron and Colby had one first team selection.
Winning the GWAC this year was Scott City, while Holcomb was second, while Colby and Hugoton were tied for third. Both Holcomb and Scott City would advance deep into the playoffs, as the Longhorns were in the sub-state round and the Beavers advanced to the sectional round.
