Grissom: Man Pleads Guilty to Distributing Child Porn; Receives Nine Years
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) US Attorney Barry Grissom has announced a 33 year old man from Garden City has received a nine year prison sentence for possession of child pornography.
Alfredo Franco Junior pleaded guilty to one count for distribution of child porn using a file share program between June, 2012 and November, 2013. Authorities became aware of the crime when they downloaded the materials in September, 2013 and followed up by obtaining a warrant to search Franco’s home.
