Grant Sparks Funding for Spearville Recreation Project
Spearville, KS (westernkansasnews.com) ITC an electric transmission company that just started calling Ford County home has awarded Spearville a 10-thousand dollar grant. Joann Knight Director of the Dodge City/Ford County Economic Development Corporation knows the money will be put to good use.
Knight says Spearville is a town on the move.
There are also eight million dollars in renovations being done to the high school/middle school.
