Governor Eyes Western Kansas in State of the State Address
Topeka, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Wednesday night Governor Sam Brownback had his annual state of the state address before the legislature in Topeka. During his speech the governor hit on two issues of interest to Southwest Kansas.
Brownback also emphasized water needs.
Friday we will focus on the economy and education.
