Gov. Candidate O’Malley visits Garden and Dodge City

Dodge City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) Kansas republican gubenatorial candidate Ed O’Malley visited both Garden City and Doge City yesterday on his official campaign announcement tour. O’malley spoke at the student union at Dodge City Community College and at the Clarion Inn confernce Center in Garden.

O’Malley served as a state representative from 2003-2006 and is currently the CEO of the Kansas Leadership Center. Yesterday O’Malley touched on some of the state problems and said there is too much chaos in Topeka.

O’Malley answered questions about taxes, agriculture and oil and gas. He voiced concern about the disconnect between rural and urban Kansas.

O’Malley also discussed the three things he wants his campaign and possible time as governor to revolve around.
