Glenn Smith
He was born on December 30, 1972 to Jason and Brenda (Johnson) Smith in Long Beach, CA.
Glenn grew up in the Turpin, OK area and was a graduate of Turpin High School; class of 1993. He was an avid sports fanatic; his favorite team was the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He also enjoyed playing card games, watching movies, listening to music, and was a five-time International Pancake Day Pancake Eating Champion; one year consuming 36 pancakes within 30 minutes. One of his favorite Thanksgiving traditions was playing family football games with his brothers and nephews. Glenn had a kind heart and loved his family deeply.
Glenn is survived by his Mother – Brenda Smith of Liberal, KS; Three Brothers – Donovan Smith and wife Jennifer of Tyrone, OK,
Neil Smith and wife Stephanie of Decatur, AL, and Dallas Smith and wife Iris of Tyrone, OK; Three Nephews – Zackary Smith, Cody Smith and Wyatt Smith; Two Nieces – Nataley Smith and Kaitlyn Thompson.
He was preceded in death by Father- Jason James Allen Smith and Nephew – Conner Smith
There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.
Memorial Services will be 3:00 pm Saturday, September 8, 2018, at the Church of Christ in Tyrone, OK, with Lance Morrisett, officiating. A private family Inurnment will follow the services.
