GCHS Principal Announces His Intention to Leave
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Saying it was the right time after 15 years in the district and 11 as principal at Garden City High School, James Mireles has announced he is stepping down at the end of the school year.
One of Mireles biggest accomplishments was convincing voters in 2008 that Garden City needed a new high school.
Mireles will move to North Texas and spend more time with his family.
