GCHS Jr. Drama Club to Present the Jungle Book Kids
The Garden City High School Junior Drama Club will present the musical Disney’s Jungle Book Kids on May 26th at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the Garden City High School Auditorium, 2720 Buffalo Way Blvd. Based upon the book by Rudyard Kipling and the Disney animated film, this play follows the man cub Mowgli as his friends Baloo and Bagheera try to usher him safely out of the jungle and away from Shere Kahn. The Jungle Book is a classic story the whole family will enjoy.
The ticket price is $5 and can be purchased at the door using cash, credit card, or check. The box office will open one hour before the show begins.
Ms. Alice Hilt and Miss Andie Alvarado serve as the directors of the GCHS Junior Drama Club. Costumes were designed by Raylyn Swank (senior). Sets, props, and costumes were constructed by Junior Drama Students and Parents.
