GCHS girls soccer shuts down Liberal
Garden City, KS-Their offense may be slow arriving in 2017, but at this point, Garden City could care less. Why? Because their still winning matches.
Monday was a perfect example of that.
Elyssa Salazar scored in the 36th minute of the contest off a beautiful pass from MaKaylee Longoria as Garden City beat Liberal 1-0 at Buffalo Stadium.
Even though it lacked the drama of some of the early-season matches, it is worth noting that it was Salazar’s second game winner of the year.
Garden City out shot Liberal 9-1.
