GC Police Nab Robbery Suspect; Case Leads to Other Arrests
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police have arrested several people wanted in connection with the robbery of a 76 year old woman outside Dillion’s last month. Police say 31 year old Candice Craig was arrested for writing bad checks from the victim’s account and that two men who were in her residence when officers arrived late last week are now facing charges of possession meth and marijuana. Both 49 year old Michael Ayres and 46 year old James Chambers are in custody at the Finney County jail. No other information has been released.
