WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — A federal judge in Wichita, Kansas, overseeing the upcoming trial of three men accused of plotting attacks on Somali refugees has been asked to include prospective jurors who are more likely to have voted for Donald Trump. The three are charged with plotting to bomb an apartment complex housing the refugees. Prosecutors say the defense wants to select jurors based on ideology. The trial is set to begin in March.
