Garden City Helping Troubled Readers Through Kansas Reading Roadmap
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Wednesday at the Garden City Chamber of Commerce monthly breakfast from the Clarion Inn attendees were introduced to the Kansas Reading Roadmap. It’s Executive Director Andrew Hysell explains the overall goal of the program.
Jamie Schwerr helps run the program at Gertrude Walker Elementary in Garden City.
There are 72 students being tutored at Gertrude Walker and a total of 5 sites from the district participating in Kansas Reading Roadmap.
