Garden City Girl’s Golf Wins Hays High Lady Indian Invitational
The Garden City girl’s golf team took first at the Hays Invite at Smoky Hill Country Club Tuesday. Garden City won with a score of 194, 22 strokes ahead of second place Salina South.
Garden City’s Alyssa McMillen placed first individually by six strokes with a score of 40. Ryan Warren placed third with a score of 49, Grace Yi placed fifth with a 51, Rian Linenberger and Enna Keels placed eighth/ninth with a score of 54. Allie Sandoval placed 36th with a 67.
Garden City will play the next varsity tournament at Dodge City on September 12th.
