Francis: Anxious to Start His New Job as a Legislator

Liberal, KS (westernkansasnews.com) After winning with 65 percent of the vote during Tuesday’s primary, Liberal businessman Shannon Francis is ready to take his seat in the Kansas legislature next January. Francis believe he struck a chord with voters.

Francis knows beyond doing the right thing there is also a lot of listening in his new position.

Francis is confident his business background will allow him to be a lot more pragmatic in reducing the burdens many employers face.
