Fort Hays State President Makes Stop in Scott City
(westernkansasnews.com) Scott City–Their tour will take them to twenty cities and forty-one events. Fort Hays State University President Dr. Ed Hammond made a stop in Scott City Tuesday to talk about the state’s “Foresight 2020” program and what it is designed to do.
Hammond believes getting students to believe in higher education has never been more important.
