Former School District Transportation Director Arrested
(westernkansasnews.com) Garden City, KS–The former transportation director at USD 457 was arrested Thursday and charged with three felonies. 38 year old Michelle Irsik is accused of using the district’s credit card to make gasoline purchases totaling almost $950 for her own car.
Irsik resigned on September 6. She was employed by Garden City schools since 2000, the last six years as transportation director. Irsik’s next court appearance is set for November 14.
