Flexibility and Accountability Key Components of Governor’s Water Vision
(westernkansasnews.com) As the public continues to look at last month’s fifty year vision for water one of its strength is allowing for more local control. Garden City Commissioner Chris Law likes the flexibility in the plan’s latest draft.
State Representative Ron Ryckman of Meade expressed his confidence all parties will piece together what needs done.
Ryckman believes if someone has not been conserving water the legislature needs to act.
Ryckman is looking forward to discussing what incentives and punishments will be put in the final plan due out next month.
