Fire at Cargill Plant on Monday Night
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A fire at the Cargill Plant in Dodge City around 9pm Monday night kept firefighters busy for several hours. Cargill spokesperson Mike Martin says the fire started in the upper floors of a production building. No injuries were reported, but the plant was evacuated and second shift was dismissed early. The company hopes to pickup with its normal schedule after the Christmas holiday.
