Finney County Sheriff’s Department Makes Drug Arrest
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Finney County sheriff Kevin Bascue and his deputies have arrested a man for intent to distribute meth after obtaining a search warrant for a house on Chelmelka Road Saturday. After completing their initial investigation, deputies say they found almost 8 grams of meth. 63 year old Richard Winsky of Admire, Kansas was taken into custody. He is being held on 60-thousand dollars bond.
