Finney County Attorney Charges Man For Committing Sex Acts With Children
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Finney County attorney Susan Richmeier has charged a 43 year old man from Garden City with 11 counts of committing lewd sexual acts with a minor child. All counts filed against Jimmy Dewayne Meyers are felony counts. The release says each incident occurred May 1st and August 24th of this year.
Police indicate last week’s arrest happened because the suspect is accused of sexual contact with up to four children ages 6 to 9. Meyers is being held without bail.
