Final Pitch Before Voters Have Say on Judicial Retention

(westernkansasnews.com) Those concerned about the direction of Kansas’ highest court are doing all they can to shed light on what they perceive is the justices not following the law.  Dick Peckham is with the Group Better Judges and Kansas Judicial Review. He gives us a few examples of what he thinks are the court’s faulty rulings.

Peckham is disturbed about how many ruling from the Kansas Supreme Court have been overturned by the US Supreme Court.  That is why the group has advocated against retaining four of the five justices except for Justice Steagall during Tuesday’s vote.
