Wichita, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Gas is beginning to slip below $3 a gallon in some parts of our area for regular gasoline. Jim Hanni Executive Vice President of AAA in Kansas says the reason is simple.
The cold weather earlier this week has also cut demand for gasoline. Kansas ranks 10th for cheapest gasoline averaging $3.10 a gallon trailing neighboring states Oklahoma and Missouri which ranked 2nd and 3rd nationally.
