Feist: Special September 11th Tribute Planned at DCHS

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) There is another reason the Dodge City High School football team’s home opener will be special this year. The game played on September 11th will pay tribute to three DCHS graduates who are generals in our nation’s military as they are placed in the school’s ring of honor.

DCHS Principal Jacque Feist says there is another angle to this story.

Plans are in the works to unveil an American flag the size of a football field prior to the game.
