EMT Recruitment: Expected To Get A Bit Easier

County Emergency Medical Services Director Skylar Swords knows luring people to work as an EMT in Garden City is not easy, but paying them better will makes offers more attractive.

Swords says only recently did he make enough hires to become fully staffed. Now that Finney County EMT’s have been taken care of with a proposed pay increase, its time to see what can done about getting a new ambulance.
