Edward “Eddie” A. Russell
Edward “Eddie” A. Russell. age 77, died April 13, 2017 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on January 8, 1940 in Orville, California, the son of Vern and Ida Marie Peterson Russell.
He was a member of the NRA.
On March 29, 1962 he married Shelia Mortimer in Alva, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on March 1, 2009.
Survivors include:
Five children Pam and Jeff Spence of Garden City, Kansas
Mike and Kyra Russell of Garden City, Kansas
Connie and Russ Knaus of Garden City, Kansas
Crystal Ann and Duane Warfield of Garden City, Kansas
Tonya Martinez of Idaho
Twelve Grandchildren, and five Great-Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and one son, Roger Russell.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
Burial will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the Attica Cemetery in Attica, Kansas.
Memorials are suggested to the Finney County Humane Society in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home, 620 N. Main St. Garden City, Kansas 67846.
Open calling hours will be 10:00 am – 8:00 pm at the funeral home on Monday, April 17, 2017.
