DMV May Be Open, But Plan On a Long Wait
(KANSAS) (westernkansasnews.com) – After a week of no services due to upgrading the 30-year-old mainframe computers, along with combining the state’s license plate inventory in all 105 Kansas counties. The wait time as of yesterday was reported at over five hours in some locations. The DMV upgrade process converted 6.8 million records.
