Developing Another Tool For Use in an Emergency

Craig DiVoll is Outreach Coordinator with the Kansas Office of Emergency Communications.

Getting the nation’s first broadband safety network for emergency responders is going to call for a plan of action and money. The good news, DiVoll says local input is very important.

There are some established national standards . The real trick is keeping costs low.
