Decision Before School Board on Best Way to Replace Turf at Horace Good
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Student safety is always a top concern for school administrators. At Monday night’s Garden City school board meeting an urgent matter was brought up in needing to replace the existing field turf at Horace Good Middle School.
Field turf typically has a life of about eight years. School District Public Information Coordinator Roy Cessna tabulates the total cost for replacing the field.
Maintenance costs would add a little more to the pricetag. The high school field should remain safe for the next several years.
