DCCC Athletics Awarded Good Neighbor Award

DODGE CITY, Kan. — On Wednesday afternoon, the Dodge City Community College Athletic Department was awarded the 2019 Main Street Dodge City Good Neighbor Award for the departments many volunteer and community service efforts this past year. The Good Neighbor Award highlights an individual(s) and/or a business outside of the Main Street area that helps to promote the benefits and commitment to downtown revitalization efforts and willingness to step up with a variety of projects and activities. DC3 Athletics student-athletes and coaches spent many hours this past spring, summer, and fall volunteering their time to help promote the Main Street area.
