David Rupp for GCCC Board of Trustees
Garden City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) Three spots on the Garden City Community College Board of Trustees are up for grabs in the upcoming November 7 elections.
David Rupp is running for one of those spots. Rupp spent 23 years with the police department and was most recently an instructor for ten years at GCCC. Rupp thinks those past experiences are an advantage for him.
Rupp also says he’d like to help the college continue to grow, but understands the challenges.
