Cursive: Still Viewed As Important

The State Board of Education recently put an emphasis on teaching cursive in Kansas schools. Board member Sally Cauble of Dodge City explains why cursive is still relevant.
Cauble says the state introduces cursive in the third grade with the requirement of being proficient by the fifth grade.
