Creation of Landbank Focus of Tuesday Night’s Meeting

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) At Tuesday night’s public meeting in Garden City Commission Chambers one of the topics will center on creating a landbank for rundown properties in both the city and county. City Neighborhood Development and Services Director Kaleb Kentner on how a landbank works.

Using this landbank could jumpstart neighborhood viability and increase tax money for both the city and county.
