Court Hearings Scheduled for Garden City Murder Suspect
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The man accused of murder outside the Dillion’s East in Garden City last month had two important court appearances set on Monday. Loren Wiseman of Wichita will have a preliminary hearing February 17th in the shooting death of Jeremy Pascascio. Wiseman will have a separate hearing on whether the alleged altercation with Pascascio on December 6th falls under stand your ground.
