MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State fans will have the opportunity to interact virtually with members of the Wildcat football program – including head coach Chris Klieman – as they host Connect with the Cats on Wednesday, May 13 beginning at 4:30 p.m., at k-statesports.com.
Fans can log on to www.k-statesports.com/Connect beginning at 4 p.m., on May 13. The page includes a form for fans to submit questions for the Cats.
The program will be hosted by the Voice of the Wildcats, Wyatt Thompson, who will interview Klieman, assistant head coach Van Malone, quarterbacks coach Collin Klein and offensive line coach Conor Riley. The program will also include a special guest, K-State Ring of Honor member and 11-year NFL veteran Jordy Nelson.
Fans can reserve 2020 season tickets for only a $25 deposit by June 1. Additionally, there are now two payment plan options – the first is the previously announced three-month plan, while there is now a four-month option as well to pay over the months of May, June, July and August. Also, those participating in seating upgrades will go through that process in June, and the Ahearn Fund deadline has been extended to June 30.
Although K-State is preparing for competition to resume in the fall and taking steps to ensure that all ticket and parking requests will be fulfilled as scheduled, athletics officials continue to monitor the pandemic on a daily basis and will comply with the recommendations of the University, Big 12, NCAA and health and government officials. In the event that the season cannot be played as scheduled, various ticket and donation resolutions will be offered.
